What do you love about SOF/What does SOF mean to you?
What I love about SOF is most definitely the great group of members. Since I started my internship in January I have met so many great people and made a ton of new friends. I also love the model SOF follows with training, it pushes us, trainers, to be on our A-game, there is always a new challenge since we can train multiple clients at different skill levels all at once.

Least favorite exercise?
Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
Who do you look up to and why?
This is going to sound very corny, but personally, I look up to my parents. My Mom is a teacher, so she spent summers taking care of me and my sister, every day she tried to make it the best she could. My dad is an incredibly smart and hard working man. He basically came from nothing, growing up in a difficult household didn’t stop him from chasing his dreams and working his butt off every single day. Both of my parents are my role models because I know they gave my sister and myself every opportunity possible to be the best person we could be, even at the expense of sacrificing things they cared about.
Favorite healthy meal/snack?
– Beef, Broccoli, Eggs, and Rice
– Protein Pancakes
Peanut Butter or Ice Cream
What do you do when you are not whipping people into shape?
When I’m not training others, I am either working out, doing homework, or watching Netflix. I also listen to a lot of music when I’m hanging out, mainly hip-hop.
