SOF is a place of community and empowerment. Both the members and staff love being here with each other all while getting fit. The dynamic, mutualistic relationship between the members and the staff at SOF is unlike most facilities. The members love to work hard and take on challenges, which in turn pushes the staff to work even harder and take on new challenges. SOF is just a fun and positive place to be where I look forward to coming into everyday!
