What do you love about SOF/What does SOF mean to you?
I love that SOF is such a tight-knit community. The amount of social support that surrounds the club and the members is incredible! State of Fitness is not just a gym, but a way of life that impacts everyone who comes through the doors.

Who do you look up to and why?
My grandfather because he valued generosity and taking care of others, and he always saw the good in everyone.

What do you do when you are not at the club?
Watch Food Network and HGTV, Netflix, run outside, cook and bake, and visit my parents/family in California as much as possible

Kathryn earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She first came to State of Fitness in 2014 when she started working at the front desk and completed her internship. She is certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
