What do I love about SOF/What does SOF mean to you?
I am grateful to have so many people in my corner at State of Fitness. I am constantly learning from our crew and motivated by the energy that the trainers and members bring day in and day out. The members make it easy for us to do what we do.
Posse: My pup, Rory, my friends, & fam.
Favorite Exercise: Any variation of a deadlift.
Least Favorite Exercise: Plank row and stir-the-pots. Oh vey.
Who do you look up to and why? Aside from friends and family, I admire anyone who can unapologetically be their authentic self. Anyone who works hard and habitually practices patience, kindness, and gratitude is someone I respect.
Favorite Healthy Snack: If I’m snacking it is probably at the end of the day on something sweet. My favorite healthy meal is my homemade breakfast pizza.
Guilty Indulgence: Peanut butter and chocolate are the ultimate dynamic duo. Cookies and ice-cream also make my world go around.
What do you do when you are not at the club? I am a very creative person. Over the last couple of years, I have fallen in love with baking and cooking – most people say you’re either a chef or a baker, but I beg to differ. A lot of my time is centered around music; I am constantly listening to music, creating playlists, singing, and playing guitar. I love spending time with my people and walking my sweet Rory girl.
