What are your interests, hobbies, and talents outside of SOF?
Hanging out with my fiancée, Chloe and our dog, Willow. Coaching Water Polo. Being outside.
What was your favorite concert ever attended?
Martin Garrixx in Las Vegas last year was sweet. The Swift Brothers is always a great show also.
What days/times are you normally at SOF?
Tell us about your sports and fitness background.
I’ve played sports my entire life. I like to say I’m moderately good at all sports. Not great at any, but a solid teammate. Swam at Olivet College for a year, then transferred to MSU and played Water Polo.
When did you start at SOF? How did you first get exposed to SOF? How did your first couple of workouts go?
January 2019, Justin came into our office and gave us a run down. I was looking for a change from my current gym and instantly became hooked.
What is your favorite and least favorite movement/workout?
I really enjoy anytime we can do relay races. I love competing and can definitely feel myself working harder when we do.
What impact has SOF had on your life?
It’s changed how I work out. I never used to stretch or focus on flexibility and would get random injuries. Now I focus on my warm-up more.
What is your advice for people just getting started or thinking about starting SOF?
Commit. Force yourself to do it for 2 weeks. The first week doing anything new is always going to be tough and awkward but the 2nd week is where you’ll find your groove.

Awesome and enthusiastic trainers. Fun and different workouts 😊
