Hey, fitness folks! While many of you may have some days off of work, finding time to workout is still tough. Are you short on time this weekend but really want to get a workout in? No Problem! We’ve got you covered. This workout only requires your body and a little mental toughness. I’ll admit that this one is not the most fun workout but it sure gets the metabolism going!
Burpee and Walking Lunge Countdown 10-1:
- Perform 10 burpees followed by 10 walking lunges each leg
- The next set you will perform 9 burpees and 9 walking lunges each leg
- Continue this by taking off 1 rep per set until you reach 1 burpee and 1 walking lunge each leg
- Rest as needed but push through as fast as possible
- Time yourself to race against the clock if you wish
