Hey, fitness folks! While many of you may have some days off of work, finding time to workout is still tough. Are you short on
Burpee and Walking Lunge Countdown 10-1:
- Perform 10 burpees followed by 10 walking lunges each leg
- The next set you will perform 9 burpees and 9 walking lunges each leg
- Continue this by taking off 1 rep per set until you reach 1 burpee and 1 walking lunge each leg
- Rest as needed but push through as fast as possible
- Time yourself to race against the clock if you wish
