Nothing like a new killer circuit to mix into your regular workout routine!  Head SOF Trainer Jessica brings us an easy-to-follow circuit this week.  Check it out and let us know how you did on Facebook!

The Workout:

5 min at each circuit.

Circuit 1: 10 heavy squats
6 burpees

Circuit 2: 150 m Ski Erg
6 ea Box Step Ups

Circuit 3: 20 KB swings
15 sit ups

Circuit 4: 15 Wall Ball Shots
6 push ups
