The Workout:
5 min at each circuit.
Circuit 1: 10 heavy squats
6 burpees
Circuit 2: 150 m Ski Erg
6 ea Box Step Ups
Circuit 3: 20 KB swings
15 sit ups
Circuit 4: 15 Wall Ball Shots
6 push ups
