Kettlebell Swing and Push-up Descending Ladder 10-1
- Start with 10 kettlebell swings and 10 push-ups.
- The next set do 9 kettlebell swings and 9 push-ups.
- Repeat this until you reach 1 kettlebell swing and 1 push-up.
- Finish the workout with a 1-mile run or walk.
