Hey, Weekend Warrior! This week’s workout is a simple, full-body program that can be customized to increase or decrease intensity. Simply increase intensity to make it more challenging, or slow down to decrease! Get in and out in less than 45 minutes!
Warmup with foam rolling, light movements.
