Weekend Kettlebell Combo Workout

This weekend warrior workout will have you in and out of the gym within 30 minutes! We designed these to be quick, effective, and simple enough to do on the weekends anywhere!

Kettlebell clean, squat, overhead press, suitcase carry

All you will need for this one is a single kettlebell!

We suggest 20-35# for women and 35-53# for men but adjust as needed.

Clean the bell off the floor to the chest
Then perform a goblet squat
Then press it above your head
Then, place the kettlebell in your right hand like a suitcase and walk about 50-feet or so.
Repeat this sequence but carry the bell and your left hand this time.

Repeat the cycle for 10-15 total rounds
