- Knee Hugs, Leg Kicks, Leg Cradle, Heal to Butt, Inch Worm: 5 each
- Elbow Push-ups, 1-Leg Hip Lifts: 10 each
- Spiderman’s, Rotational Stretch, Active Hamstring Stretch: 5 each

A2- 1-Leg RFE Squat
|A2- Split Squat
A3- Front Plank
|B1- 1-Arm Rotational Chest Press
B2- Deadlifts(bar, trap bar, kettlebell)
B3- Rollout progression (ball, TRX, Wheel)
|C1- 1-Leg Bench Hip Lifts||2-3
|C1- 2 legs|
|Metabolic Conditioning- SoF 20/10 Kettlebell Finisher
Perform 2-3 rounds of the following exercises with minimal rest.
–Overhead KB Swings: 20
–KB High Pulls: 10
–Goblet Squats: 20
–Kettlebell Swings: 10 reps
