Breakfast Quinoa

A great option for a breakfast, cold or hot. It can be taken on the run, enjoyed with a cup of joe, or even stashed in the cooler for later. Make more or less quinoa depending on how many people you are feeding or if you want some as leftovers.


  • 1 cup dry Quinoabreakfast-quinoa
  • 1/2 cup Nut butter
  • 1-2 Tablespoons of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • handful of blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, nuts, whatever you’d like


  1. Prepare quinoa as instructed. Usually 1:1. 5-2 quinoa to water. Bring to a boil and then simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Add in nut butter, honey, cinnamon, berries.
  3. Enjoy warm or cold.
