This weekend’s workout is all about cardio, SOF style.  Make sure to take breaks if you need to but keep your heart rate up!

20 minutes- as many rounds as you can

150 m Ski Erg
10 Kb Push Press
15 Kb swing
Sled push down and back
10 TRX rows
