Our strength training classes are proven to provide a fast and comprehensive full-body workout while our private and small group training provides closer attention with the ability to personalize to your fitness goals.

Fitness is about more than just showing up to a gym. It’s about dedicating time and energy to your health every day. While everyone’s fitness goals are unique, we all have the same mission – to feel our best in and outside the gym.

Private Training

Achieve your fitness goals with our highly educated trainers. The personalized, results-based programs are individually crafted to meet your specific goals and starting point. 1:1 sessions are great for consistent trainer support or as-needed guidance. Sessions are 55 minutes long, priced between $75 and $90, depending on the trainer.

Terms: Your Private Training Membership fee is billed monthly; auto-renewing on the same billing date each month. Notify Jackson State of Fitness at  to cancel membership. 30 days notice is required.

It takes 24 hours for your badge to activate from the time you sign up and membership has been confirmed. Memberships will be confirmed during Jackson’s workdays; Monday – Friday during 8:30 am-5:00 pm. You can still access the Fitness Center when trainers are present between 6:30 am-7:15 pm by providing verification of membership.

Small Group Training

Small group personal training offers quality focus with a fun and enjoyable group dynamic. It’s affordable, fosters social interaction, allows learning from a personal trainer, and is appealing to active living clients seeking an enjoyable fitness experience without the intimidation of boot camps.

Open Gym

High-quality fitness at an affordable price. Receive open access to our training facility with the Open Gym Membership. Get stronger, burn fat, and train in your own time. Our welcoming environment is aimed at nurturing you toward your fittest life.

For just $10 a month, you’ll enjoy no startup fees and can cancel anytime.

I wanted to reach out and say thank you for your support during the group fitness sessions.

I appreciate the trainers at Jackson State of Fitness being so attentive to individual needs before and during the session. You show care for each individual no matter the level of expertise or strength with the exercises.

The knowledge of the trainers to find alternative movements if I am struggling with one originally planned is comforting. It allows the session to be more about myself as opposed to a script.

I am very thankful for the way the trainers have corrected my form during these sessions. On my own, I had no idea if I was doing the movements correctly and using the proper muscle groups, but these sessions have opened my eyes to how to perform movements correctly.
