Metabolic Medicine Ball Circuit

imageWhile I have been known to be a HUGE advocate of increasing strength, I also feel that power endurance should also be high on the fitness priority list. My favorite way to improve power endurance is with medicine ball circuits.

I love Olympic lifting but not for power endurance. Olympic lifting demands a lot of proper technique and after you fatigue, our form can break down thus increasing the potential for injury. With medicine ball circuits, you can get away with a little less technique and be safe.

This medicine ball circuit not only improves power endurance but also jacks up the metabolism, making it great for any fat loss program. Watch the video and let me know what you think!
