Here’s a quick and easy meal jam packed with protein. These ingredients are usually on-hand and are great for a quick weeknight or weekend meal.
- 1 pound ground meat (venison, beef, beefalo, buffalo, etc)
- 14 oz black beans
- diced tomatoes
- green chilies
- lettuce of some sort
- plain greek yogurt
- Feta cheese if desired
- Brown ground meat
- Warm black beans, tomatoes, chilies in a pot
- Add meat, beans, tomatoes, chilies to a bowl lined with lettuce. Add in some feta if desired. Add a dollop of salsa and plain greek yogurt. Enjoy!
