Having a difficult time getting meal prep and exercise done all in the same day? Try my new sweet potato quiche and exercise recipe, it’s both quick and efficient. As long as you have some motivation and eggs in the fridge, I’ve got you covered! You can have dinner and your workout done in less than an hour.
Set oven temperature to 400 degrees.
Step 2 (optional crust)
To make the crust, thinly slice a sweet potato and layer it in a glass pie pan. Drizzle with olive oil and salt and pepper and pop it in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 8 (optional)
Sprinkle some feta on top of the quiche and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
Complete these 8 steps and before you know it dinner will be ready and your workout will be done! Have fun with it and get your exercise and eat your eggs!
