The weekend is here at last! While many of you may have some days off of work, finding time to workout is still tough. Are you short on time this weekend but really want to get a workout in? No Problem! We’ve got you covered. This workout combines three basic movements; walking, squats, and push-ups. It may look easy on paper but if you push your tempo, watch out!
As many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 16-minutes
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Push-ups
- Walking 200 steps fast
