Weekend Warrior Workout
All you need this for this week’s Weekend Warrior Workout is a kettlebell, a low chair, and a mini band! Mini bands can be purchased online or at our service desk.
For this workout, perform each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 sec. Repeat until you have completed 3 rounds.
1. Kettlebell swing
2. Kettlebell squat clean
3. Leg switches/lowers
4. Mountain climbers
5. Hip lifts (single or double, off of chair/ ottoman)
6. Mini band walks at ankles
