Weekend Warrior Workout

Check out this week’s Weekend Warrior Workout!
We’re keeping things simple but NOT easy this week.  This is a three-exercise circuit that you’ll do five rounds of.  Take breaks when needed and don’t forget to get your reward points by telling us how you did! Post to Facebook through your Perkville account to get some easy rewards points! Points can be redeemed for merchandise and products.

Every 3 minutes complete

1/4 Mile Run or Walk
20 KB swings
20 Walking Lunges Each Leg

Repeat for 5 rounds
