Weekend Warrior Workout

Hey, fitness folks! While many of you may have some days off of work, finding time to workout is still tough. Are you short on time this weekend? No Problem! We’ve got you covered. This only requires your body and a little mental toughness.

Push-up and Walking Lunge Countdown 10-1:
  • Perform 10 push-ups followed by 10 walking lunges each leg
  • The next set you will perform 9 push-ups and 9 walking lunges each leg
  • Continue this by taking off 1 rep per set until you reach 1 push-up and 1 walking lunge each leg
  • Rest as needed but push through as fast as possible
  • Time yourself to race against the clock if you wish
