Weekend Warrior Workout
This workout will have you in and out of the gym within 20 minutes. Let us know how you did on Facebook!
Use a heavy kettlebell for your current strength level for each exercise. Meaning you should really have to focus on each rep. This is not a conditioning session.
4 rounds of:
1 Turkish Getup
10 Goblet Hold Reverse Lunges Each Leg
15 Kettlebell Swings
50 Steps 1-Arm Overhead (waiter) Carry or Rack Carry Each Side
Remember, this will be a test of strength! Take a break when you need to, ensuring you complete each rep with proper form.
