Are you short on time this weekend but really want to get a workout in? No Problem! We’ve got you covered. Try this workout to keep you feeling great!

Kettlebell Swing and Push-up Descending Ladder 10-1
  • Start with 10 kettlebell swings and 10 push-ups.
  • The next set do 9 kettlebell swings and 9 push-ups.
  • Repeat this until you reach 1 kettlebell swing and 1 push-up.
  • Finish the workout with a 1-mile run or walk.
