We’re keeping things simple but NOT easy this week.  This is a three-exercise circuit that you’ll do five rounds of.  Take breaks when needed and don’t forget to get your reward points by telling us how you did! Post to Facebook through your Perkville account to get some easy rewards points!

20 total plank reaches
