Weekend Warrior Workout 8

fullsizerender-5This weekend warrior workout is simple enough for at home or while traveling if you have access to a jump rope and a kettlebell. It will take you about 25 minutes and you’ll be feeling good!

Perform 3 rounds of 40 seconds on with 20 seconds rest of:

  1. Air Squats
  2. Pushups
  3. Kettlebell swings
  4. Sit ups
  5. 1-L hip lifts (on ground or foot on a chair, ottoman, bench)
  6. Bear crawl

Then do:

100 jump ropes + 60-second plank

80 jump ropes + 50-second plank

60 jump ropes + 40-second plank

40 jump ropes + 30-second plank

20 jump ropes+ 20-second plank
