Weekend Warrior Workout January 7th, 2017

 

Hey Fitness Fanatics! Are you short on time this weekend, but really want to get a workout in? No Problem! We’ve got you
covered. Try this 15-minute Weekend Warrior workout!

Perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 15-minutes:
  • 1 Turkish Get-up each side (no weight)
  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings
