Hey fitness folks! While many of you may have some days off of work, finding time to workout is still tough. Are you short on time this weekend but really want to get a workout in? No Problem! We’ve got you covered. Try this workout using just one dumbell to get the job done!
Perform 3 rounds of:
- 8 One-arm dumbbell row, right arm
- 8 One-arm push press, right arm
- 8 Reverse Lunge, right leg
- 8 Single leg deadlift, right leg
- 50-foot Suitcase carry, right hand only
- Repeat the same exercises on the left side to complete one total round.
