The weekend is here at last! While many of you may have some days off of work, finding time to workout is still tough. Are you short on time this weekend but really want to get a workout in? No Problem! We’ve got you covered. This is one of my favorite full-body circuits that is sure to hit every muscle in your body. In just 16-minutes you will have completed a lot of reps which will keep your metabolism soaring!
As many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 16-minutes
- 10 Air Squats
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Inverted Rows
- 10 Split Squat Jumps
