Weekend Warrior Workout:9/23/2016

jcIt’s time for some football! The weekend is here and that means Friday night lights, Saturday tailgates, and Sunday fantasy football. With all of the festivities going on it makes getting a solid workout in a tough task. Not to worry, we’ve got you covered. This bodyweight complex will allow you to get a solid fat burning workout in with just your bodyweight and 15-minutes.

  • Squats x 22
  • Lunges x 22 (11 each leg)
  • Hip lifts x 22
  • Push-ups x 22
  • Squat Jumps x 22
  • Split Squat Jumps x 22 (11 each leg)
  • Burpees x 22

Rest as needed, since the reps are high and will push your conditioning to the limits.
