Testimony of how State of Fitness has impacted my life. I have been a member since they opened. On the past weekend I did yard work for 4 hours , hydrating and wiping my brow. I have found the Trainers to be very top notch when it comes to form, technique, interaction, and most importantly support/encouragement. When it comes to the class offerings, the variety is refreshing. While I typically take the Conditioning classes, the schedule ensures you are not repeating the same classes which keeps things interesting.Lastly, the environment is very welcoming from the staff to the other members. My wife and I have developed many lasting friendships with others at SOF, which is a huge side benefit in my view.I highly recommend SOF!

This place is amazing! I didn’t know what to expect when I started almost one year ago but I absolutely loved it from the first workout. One of the biggest assets is the sense of community that comes with being a member starting with the amazing staff. It motivates you to keep coming back even when the workouts kick your butt. The results are definitely a perk. Ten months later, I’ve had to tighten my belt three notches. There’s only one left!
