Our highly educated trainer’s offer results-based, personalized programs designed to meet your fitness needs. Choose to have a trainer with you every visit or as needed based on your specific goal, budget and time commitment. 55 and 85 minute sessions available, ranging from $75 to $120 depending on the trainer. Semi-Private Training

Semi-Private Training is simply four people sharing the cost of a personal trainer. This training membership delivers the best results by customizing the training session to your individual goals and fitness level. Each Semi-Private Training session will also include soft tissue work, corrective exercises, mobility work, strength training and muscle toning, as well as an interval protocol to help you burn fat and get in to the best shape of your life.

Group Conditioning

Group Conditioning is personal trainer lead workout designed to burn calories and improve cardiovascular conditioning. A group of up to 20 people are RAMPED up with range of motion, activation, and movement preparation followed by circuit style training utilizing TRX straps, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, and body weight exercises. To be sure you leave feeling like you had a great workout, Group Conditioning ends with a BIG finisher. This get in get out structure removes all of the guess work as you are instructed and motivated by a State of Fitness personal trainer, and is a great off day workout from a private or semi-private training session.

Group Conditioning Lite

Group Conditioning Lite is a personal trainer lead workout geared towards individuals beginning an exercise program by focusing on perfecting foundational technique while burning calories and improving cardiovascular fitness. A group of up to 14 people are ramped up with range of motion, activation, and movement preparation followed by circuit style training utilizing TRX straps, kettlebells, ropes, sandbags, and body weight exercises that are less intensive than those performed in Group Conditioning. By focusing on performing each exercise properly with full range of motion and efficiency, you will stay safe.
